17 and August 18, 2010, offered a training session on issues of competitiveness and innovation communities victims of armed conflict in Colombia that reside in the Department of the Atlantic.
It was a very special workshop seminar where I shared with wonderful people who have overcome immense obstacles, which are only understandable to live them and experience them.
"As we help others, we become big", this phrase is attributed King Arthur, theoretically was the working philosophy of the Knights of the Round Table. It is possible that the legend of King Arthur is legendary, but the validity of the sentence is abosolutamente true, real and powerful.
Social Pastoral office, Barranquilla, through the program "Revenue Generation", is contributing to the solution of secualas armed conflict in Colombia, a situation that violates the rights of many people throughout national and of course in the department of Atlántico.
I had the privilege to be invited, such as workshops, a training session on Competitiveness and Innovation which took place on Tuesday and Wednesday, 17 and 18 August 2010, at the premises of the program's headquarters in Barranquilla.
The experience could not be more uplifting for me, I felt right as a human being, feeling useful to society, working hand in hand with beautiful people, sensitive and passionate brave.
The vulnerable by armed conflict in Colombia are victims of the groups outside the law, who have lost their belongings, their land, possessions, and unfortunately, loved ones, all crude and violent conditions .
However, these people, beautiful to say the least, hardworking, strong and brave, taught me Competititividad, resources, capabilities and I thought it was going to teach them these technical concepts and cold. It was not, I learned to be better every day, to renew to reinvent despite the conditions under which developing my business and my life.
I can not thank this group of men and women who taught me in these two-day training session, to be better with what I have to treasure my conditions potentiate and hope, faith, the devotion to work and responding to the responsibilities and tools Competitiveness powerful.
It was an excellent training session, where attendees said they taught me many things that will make your business better and so will again be prosperous, but it was not so, I learned who I was, I was the assistant, the learner, the learner. I learned how wonderful it is the theory of resources and capabilities from the standpoint of human and spiritual.
I can only thank those people beautiful and sublime energy, give infinite thanks for helping me become a better human being.
